Toyosu Market tuna auction visit prior lottery June

※ When visiting Toyosu Market, please use public transportation (Yurikamome, Toei Bus) as much as possible. Also, when using the Toei Bus, get off at the Shijo-mae Ekimae bus stop and enter from the pedestrian deck. Temperature will be taken upon entry. If you come by car, please use the nearby parking lot.

※ It is possible to make multiple applications, however, only the latest application will be used. (Only one application per month)

※ Only people who were selected can observe the tuna auction from the tuna auction observation deck. People who were not selected can view the auction from the second floor observer walkway.

※ Recruiting tour participants for the purpose of transferring, reselling and scalping tour tickets and the sale of those privileges is strictly prohibited. In cases where this has occurred, the offenders will be denied from taking the tour.

※ You cannot change your tour date even if you are unable to come.

※ We will be unable to reissue you a tour ticket if you lose it, so please be careful.

※ When you are on the tour, please follow the tour guide's instructions. Actions that inconvenience other observers will result in you being removed from the observation deck.

※ You cannot observe the tuna auction when you are drunk.

• Tours may be cancelled in order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection.
• In case of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.

※ For safety management and in order to prevent the transfer/resale of rights to join the tour won via the raffle, every person's identity will be confirmed, including accompanying participants. Thank you for your cooperation. Please provide photo ID (e.g. a passport) in addition to the lottery results screen. Please understand that if we are unable to confirm your identity on the day, you will not be able to participate in the auction tour

• You can apply for a third choice of date in one application.
• You may visit only one day of your application that is available.
• One application may have up to five people on it.
• Furthermore, age is not taken into consideration for the number of applicants, so applications should include people of all ages from newborn babies to adults

Change/ Cancel

• To check or change your application information, please click here.The information registered at the end of the application deadline will be used for the lottery.
• No changes can be made to the contents of the application after it has been accepted.

• Only winners will be notified. If you have not received the e-mail, please be sure to check the results announcement in the "Application Status Inquiry" by yourself.

Others

• The winners will not be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The winner will be selected by lottery from among those who apply within the period.
• We will not accept any applications outside of this period. Please apply well in advance of the registration period.
• Incomplete contents will be considered invalid.
• Applications for commercial purposes or for resale are prohibited.
